Manzanillo’s newly expanded international airport (ZLO) is just 25 minutes north of the tourist zone and is equipped to receive both domestic flights as well as those originating from the United States and Canada. The destination is also easily accessed via an excellent highway infrastructure on regular or toll freeway systems linked to major cities in the Mexican Republic, allowing another comfortable and safe option for visitors arriving by vehicle. Several national bus coach lines offer direct trips (with a choice of first class, extra, executive or luxury class seating) from the new Bus Station, which is found just 10 minutes from the tourist zone.
